Usual meet at 0850 for a 0900 depart from the main car park in Brookley Road, Brockenhurst.

This week’s ride a 125Km loop taking in the Chalke Valley. Route will take us east to Beaulieu and then northwest to Downton. As we exit Downton there is a useable cycle path on the right-hand side of the A338 that will get us to the next right hand turn. It will be single file but is suitable for road bikes. Then after the coffee stop at Broad Chalke it will be up the steep climb to Sixpenny Handley and a return to Brock.

Please note that the Broad Chalke café shuts up 1200 on Saturdays. We should be there about 1120-1130 but if there are mechanical delays the shop is open to 1300.

Looks like a good forecast so hope to see another bumper turnout like last week.
