Usual meet at 0850 for a 0900 depart from the main car park in Brookley Road, Brockenhurst.

Plan this week is a lumpy 116Km route to the north of the forest. Mid ride coffee stop at 58Km at the Museum of Army Flying in Over Wallop.

I’ve planned the route frm 82Km to 88Km on roads I don’t know well so if anybody does and thinks I’ve picked a bad option I’ll take advice and re-route the reutn via our well used route through Awbridge and Shootash.

Couple of reasons for extra vigilance on the forest roads this week, you’ve probably noticed the foals born in the last couple of weeks and those numbers will be increasing. Also 18 stallions have been released so pony behaviour may be less predictable.
