The BJW have published the names of the riders who completed their 2017-2018 Winter Reliability Trial Series and amongst them were two NFCC riders. Stuart Peckham and Lyndon Thompson finished all four of the winter endurance events within the allotted time. The 50M, 66M, 75M and 100M routes are often ridden in challenging winter conditions which make completing them a test of will power but the reward is an often joked about gold medal. Overall 23 riders finished and details can be found here. Phil Grant, Rob Veal, Ray Claridge and Neil Stevenson also took part in most of the series and it would be great to see a good group of NFCC riders at the events next year. We’d love to hear about the events and achievements of other members too. Please get in contact if you have anything to share with the club and its followers.
