TUESDAY evening turbo sessions could be held at the clubroom at Tiptoe Church Hall from November 29; if enough members sign up for them.
The idea came from Barry Wootten after discussion about South Coast Sprints roller racing at the AGM. Now his suggestion is being put forward to members interested in putting in some tough work to boost their fitness in 2012.
Those taking part would have to take their own turbo trainers and some form of floor protection, plus a towel to dry off afterwards.
Barry is happy to run some of the sessions, but a deputy or two would be welcome to organise the training when he cannot make it.
All those interested should contact club secretary Peter Weaver as soon as possible on 01202 822001 or by email at verwooddesign@btinternet.com so he can ascertain the level of interest before checking availability of the hall and booking it.

Ben Boardman may have beaten him by [...]
