NFCC Relaunching its Group Rides.

This coming Sunday will be the last of the NFCC Youth Rides (but all is not lost…read on!).  For the last time we’ll meet at Brockenhurst Primary School on Sunday at 10am.

Starting on Saturday 3rd May, NFCC is relaunching its Group Rides.  There will be 3 rides starting at 0900hrs from Brockenhurst every Saturday.  One of the rides will be shorter and slower than the others (30-35 miles averaging max. 15 mph) and will be for adults and teenagers, male and female.  Everyone who has been attending the Youth Rides until now is invited to come along on Saturday mornings instead of Sundays – there will be a choice of longer and faster routes for everyone too.  I am hoping that there will be interest from adults who have felt that previous NFCC group rides were too long or too fast but have felt excluded from the “Youth” Rides due to age discrimination in the title!  I will continue to be one of the nominated ride leaders for the group rides though you may see new faces too.

There will be more communication from Barry Wootten, the club coach, very soon, so check the club website (Group rides page), the Facebook page or your email inbox.  You’ll hear from us one way or another!
